Maximize CEO's and Partner's Time and Effectiveness
Act as the CEO or Partner(s) filter and proxy to free up time by 30% to focus on external relations, sales and vision. I will ensure critical projects succeed without CEO or Partner managing the details, only the outcome. Facilitate leadership meetings, creating accountability and speed. Serve as "eyes and ears", eliminate bottlenecks and surprises by gathering clear unbiased and consolidating information for quick decision-making.
